As a Brainspotting therapist, together we can facilitate deep healing that can address your substance issues, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, behavioral outburst and more.
A symbol of strength and resiliency, the Baobab tree (as is the name of my practice) lives to be thousands of years old. It bares fruit that is medicinal in nature and is a place of ancient, spiritual practices. It is revered and honored. Having grown up in a West African country, Senegal, the Baobab tree is a part of who I am. As a therapist, it resembles the strength and resiliency I believe each of my clients possess for healing. I simply get the honor of walking alongside you as you begin to tap into that innate strength!
